Introduction and Acceptance

x8bd operates an online gaming and sports betting platform for eligible players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions, together with the x8bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement governing your relationship with x8bd. By accessing or using the x8bd website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all users of x8bd — including visitors who browse without an account, registered players, and anyone who places a wager or participates in a promotion. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use x8bd. Continued use of x8bd after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Player Eligibility

To open and maintain an x8bd account and to participate in any gaming or betting activity on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times.

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age. x8bd strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under 21. Age is verified as part of the KYC process before any withdrawal request is processed.
• 1.2You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register for or use an x8bd account.
• 1.3You must not be accessing x8bd from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of x8bd is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• 1.4You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of x8bd or any affiliated game provider or payment partner.
• 1.5You must not have previously had an x8bd account closed for breach of these Terms. Any attempt by a suspended player to re-register under a different identity is a further breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant authorities.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of x8bd services — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus eligibility — you must register a personal account and complete the identity verification process described below.

• 2.1Registration requires a valid phone number, a unique username, and a secure password. You may also be asked to provide your full legal name, date of birth, and current address as part of the registration or verification process.
• 2.2KYC verification is required before x8bd processes any withdrawal. Accepted KYC documents include a Bangladesh National ID card (NID) or passport. x8bd may request additional supporting documents at its discretion.
• 2.3x8bd may suspend account access pending verification where suspicious activity is detected, where a withdrawal triggers enhanced due diligence, or where x8bd reasonably believes the account is being used in breach of these Terms.
• 2.4You are responsible for keeping your x8bd login credentials confidential. x8bd is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared credentials, failed to secure your device, or otherwise compromised your account security.
• 2.5x8bd does not permit the transfer of accounts, balances, or credits between players. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your x8bd account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

x8bd processes all financial transactions through secure, verified payment integrations. The rules below apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the x8bd platform.

Deposits

• 3.1The minimum deposit is ৳100 via bKash or Nagad. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed on the deposit page inside your account. Deposits are subject to each payment provider's own processing terms and applicable transaction limits.
• 3.2x8bd does not charge a deposit fee. Any fees charged by your mobile financial service provider — such as bKash or Nagad transaction charges — are outside x8bd's control and are your own responsibility.
• 3.3Deposits made using payment methods not listed on the x8bd deposit page will not be credited. x8bd is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect payment details provided by the player.

Withdrawals

• 3.4Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the applicable minimum withdrawal amount and successful completion of KYC verification. x8bd may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• 3.5x8bd aims to process all approved withdrawal requests on the same business day. Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, Bangladesh public holidays, or where additional verification is required. x8bd is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• 3.6x8bd processes withdrawals only to accounts held in the name of the registered x8bd account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal request appearing destined for a third-party account will be declined and reviewed under x8bd's fraud prevention procedures.
• 3.7Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement when a withdrawal is requested will be forfeited. Real-money funds not subject to any active wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

x8bd offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. The general terms below apply to all x8bd bonus and promotional offers. Specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates — are displayed at the point of claiming each offer.

• 4.1All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount — this is the total amount you must wager before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• 4.2Bonuses are credited in BDT. The value of any bonus is the BDT equivalent of the stated amount, calculated at the time of credit. x8bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer before it has been claimed by a player.
• 4.3Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Once claimed, a welcome bonus cannot be exchanged for an alternative offer or refunded under any circumstances.
• 4.4x8bd may reclaim any bonus amount — together with any winnings derived from it — where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was obtained through fraud, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms.
• 4.5Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a wagering requirement applied to any winnings generated from those spins. The applicable wagering requirement for free spin winnings is stated in the specific promotion terms.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

x8bd is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Breach of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

• 5.1Using any software, script, bot, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the x8bd platform in a manner not intended for human players, including automated betting, odds scraping, or session simulation.
• 5.2Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or promotional competition offered on x8bd.
• 5.3Registering more than one x8bd account, or helping any other person circumvent the one-account-per-player policy, including re-registering after a previous account has been suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• 5.4Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds in a systematic manner. x8bd reserves the right to void any wagers placed in circumstances it reasonably determines to constitute exploitation of a technical error.
• 5.5Using the x8bd platform or account for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. x8bd applies anti-money laundering controls and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

6. Responsible Gaming

x8bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players manage their activity. The following provisions apply to all x8bd account holders.

• 6.1x8bd is strictly for players aged 21 and above. If you are under 21, you must not attempt to register or use the platform. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
• 6.2Deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options are available in your x8bd account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in a complete block on account access for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
• 6.3If you believe your gaming activity is causing harm to yourself or others, x8bd strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tool or contact our support team at [email protected]. Our team is trained to handle responsible gaming enquiries with care and discretion.
• 6.4x8bd reserves the right to impose responsible gaming controls on any account where it has reason to believe the holder may be experiencing problem gambling behaviours — including reducing deposit limits, imposing mandatory breaks, or initiating self-exclusion on behalf of the player.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the x8bd platform — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of x8bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• 7.1You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the x8bd platform without the prior written consent of x8bd.
• 7.2The x8bd name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of x8bd. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any x8bd trademark without the express prior written permission of x8bd.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x8bd's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as set out in this section.

• 8.1x8bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform — including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — regardless of whether x8bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• 8.2x8bd does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. x8bd will not be liable for losses attributable to platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures outside x8bd's reasonable control.
• 8.3x8bd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your x8bd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

x8bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time. Circumstances in which x8bd may take this action include but are not limited to the following.

• 9.1Where x8bd has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of any provision of these Terms, including suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering, multi-accounting, or exploitation of a technical error.
• 9.2Where x8bd is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or instruction from a competent authority. In such cases x8bd may be prohibited from disclosing to the account holder the reason for the account action.
• 9.3Where the account holder voluntarily requests closure of their account. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the payment method on record, subject to KYC completion.

10. Amendments to These Terms

x8bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, x8bd will notify registered players via the contact details on record or by posting a prominent notice on the platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of x8bd following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using x8bd and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
